Introduction Of The Heart

Carole and Jane begin an introduction to the show with an exercise in "I see you..," which is an introduction to our deeper self.  The goal is to be able to see ourselves clearer and clearer, essentially decluttering the distorted information that may have clouded our reality.  We've all been overwhelmed with layers of world definitions.  Our journey is about using various tools and exercises to help us discover what story pieces reveal our divine design and what story pieces are simply clutter.
