Important Notice of IKC Constitutional Referendum

Dear Members,

Following resolutions passed at a general meeting of members held on 09/3/2011, the International Kenyan Cooperation presents the proposed constitution which can be viewed at http://internationalkenyancooperation.com/?page_id=212 or by clicking HERE.

All members are hereby notified that International Kenyan Cooperation (IKC), will hold the first referendum on the proposed constitution on the following dates.

Friday, September 23rd, 2011, from 7:00pm EST to 8:00pm EST
Sunday, September 25th, 2011, from 7:00pm EST to 8:00pm EST
Members are requested call in to Conference Call Number: 1 (858) 200 4900, Pass Code. 672 7231 and will be asked the referendum question:

DO YOU APPROVE THE PROPOSED IKC CONSTITUTION?

Members will be required to select only one of the following answers as they exercise their right to vote in this important event:

A) Yes, I approve the proposed IKC constitution ‘as is.’

B) Yes, I approve the proposed IKC constitution but with the following amendment; (here a member will state whatever amendment they want)

C) No, I do not approve the proposed IKC constitution.

Additional Important Notice.

The referendum will be a public event aired Live on East African Radio USA.
