Just after the Kisii High court nullified the election of Walter Nyambati as Kitutu Masaba MP campaign to succeed him have started.Several people have declared there interest in succeeding him even as the National Assembly speaker Kenneth Marende is expected to issue writs declaring the seats vacant.Those who have declared their interests in running for the seat includes area ODM chairman Mr. Timothy Bosire who took the third position in the last election, advocates Mose Nyambega and Shadrack Mose who also contested in the last election.Nyambati is also expected to defend the seat in an election expected around October this year.Speaking in various market centers in the constituency Bosire hailed the ruling by the Kisii high court Judge Asike Makhandia saying the victory was the win of the constituents who had been robbed of their victory.He pleaded with the voters to support his bid for the seat saying he had even won the seat in the last elections but the elections commission robbed him victory by not doing proper tallying.Bosire who is an economist by profession asked the people of Kitutu Masaba to elect a person who can manage their resources well saying he suits the bill.
