I reached deep into my intuition and up popped Dottie Gandy -- author, coach, facilitator, business owner, mother of daughters, and grandmother of 4.  Dottie attended Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech in Washington, D.C. and has worked to live those principles ever since.

Dottie is the founder of The Up to Something Group in Dallas, TX, whose members choose to be intentional about designing the lives they want – and create extraordinary results in the process.  She and Rita Bailey are co-authoring a book on what it means to be “up to something” in your life.

An avid supporter of women in business, she is theco-founder of the National Association of Women Business Owners.  Later she was a corporate executive for 10 years with Giant Food, Inc. in Washington, D.C., a Fortune 500 food retailer.

In addition, Dottie was the regional director for the Franklin Covey Company in Dallas for six years, and remains a Client Consultant with that organization, focusing on The Speed of Trust workshop delivery.
