I met Derek Pavlicek when he was 17-years-old, a junior in high school.  His mother was a dear friend ours.  Derek impressed me immediately as a brilliant, introspective, thoughtful, sensitive young man.  He was deeply curious about his own spirituality and making an impact upon the planet and humanity.

Derek graduated and went on to the University of Texas, becoming the first freshman ever elected president of Texas Ventures, an entrepreneurial networking group at UT.  Still, his spiritual quest called him beyond business school and he began directing his studies inward and outward, working in a variety of businesses and learning about himself.

Through Derek’s life process, he’s spent significant time in the hell of depression and the ecstasy of elation and every state in between.

My belief is that Derek is evolving fast and working on his spirit body so he can take his message and his ministry (whether it be in transformative business models, music or other modalities) so that he can be a light to brighten our world.
