NYS Doula Pilot Program 2019 Discussion!

NYS will have a pilot doula program in place as of 1/1/2019 thanks to Gouvernor Andrew Cuomo. What is this program, who will it work and whom will it serve? There's a ton of speculation and we are here to talk it out!
