Breast cancer can be a very sensitive issue in a person’s life and can be a lonely time; it could strain relationships and can sometimes make a good friend feel sad, left out, confused, uncomfortable, and worried about when to pick up a phone and call, and what to say to their friend with cancer. Records say- 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime and chances are the other seven women know her; so it is good to know that there are women like our guest: Rasheedah Ali, who are dedicated and supportive of the cancer survivor every step of the way so they don’t have to be alone. Loving supportive friends like Rasheedah help to make the quality of life better for the cancer survivor, but how do we reach the 7 women who don’t have breast cancer. Tune-in for stimulating, informative conversation, and health tips. DeLeon Dialogue’s reaching out to the seven women with no breast cancer. The Chatroom is open.
