TEXAS MEDICAL BOARD

GUILTY AS CHARGED-PART TWO

The TMB claims they receive and review over 7,000 complaints a year.  After they receive the complaint, staff analyzes it first to determine whether the complaint is “jurisdictional.”  Why would you be writing to complain to the Texas Medical Board if you live in Montana?  Case dismissed……………………………..

TMB states that they MAY attempt to contact both the complainant and licensee.  May attempt?  Case dismissed…………………………

These are the cases dismissed:

  • Excessive use of drugs, narcotics, chemicals, or another substance
  • Impersonating a doctor
  • Holding a license in the State of Texas with disciplinary actions in other states
  • Commit fraud on examination
  • Purchasing, selling, or barters medical degree or license
  • Alters, with fraudulent intent a medical license
  • ONE DOCTOR GOES INTO HIS BACKYARD AND SPRAYS ON DEEP WOODS OFF TO GET HIGH

We want to share with you what they do not want you to know.  Please join Robert Oshel retired  Associate Director of Research and Disputes at the National Practitioner Data Bank, Thursday at 5:00 PM (CST).
