Landstrike is the fictional story of a major hurricane striking New York City. Landstrike follows fictional hurricane Nicole from its formation in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Africa through its catastrophic rampage up the Hudson River many days later, and the aftermath as New Yorkers of all social strata struggle to survive in the storm's aftermath. The St. Augustine Record, in its review, said Landstrike read like "future history."

Not only was it a good story as far as the entertainment factor was concerned, but it has a weird way of opening one's eyes to the catastrophic possibilities. Very clever."
