Shekhar Kapur is the director of the Oscar winning Elizabeth films starring Cate Blanchett. Known for his critically acclaimed work in Bollywood and Hollywood, he's now writing a science fiction film called Paani. It explores a futuristic, though real world important, dispute over water rights.
