Wow! Deedee, you have quite a story to tell. I hope that joining us for some laughter may provide you a small bit of relief or at least help you be stronger while you face your challenges. Please check with Dr. before trying the exercises but even a smile while you listen to others laugh can release some pain killing endorphins. Have you heard of Norman Cousins and his story of using laughter to help him have some pain free sleep while he fought a deadly disease? Inspiring. ======================= After 14 years and 7 car accidents , I have suffered with the fibromyalgia, Chronic myofacial pain, Chronic fatigue, whiplash,TMJ, IBS, chronic sleeping disorder, lower back, right leg spasms, right shoulder pain, spastic bladder and other related car accident injuries. 1) The pain was so bad, that at times I wondered if I would see the next day. Every muscle in my ached. I continuously endured muscle paralysis & throbbing throughout my entire body.(it felt like pins and needles).(I cried and cried and then prayed so that God would take my life cause the pain was so out control.) 2) During those years, I sought every treatment that was available , every doctor, specialist, and took every pain killer possible and medication.. 3) With the pain being really bad in the mornings, continuing all day and leading into the night,[( the pain was so bad that it was disturbing my sleep severely and that no pain killer could even take the edge off.) and the pain during the day made living a normal life questionable.] 4) In several car accident, my chest and front of my neck where injured, I experienced difficulty breathing, swallowing food and when I walked I would have to stop and take a break constantly. 5) I had no energy at the end of the day, even on a good day. 6) I also endured the burden of becoming bedridden one day on heavy pain killers as I have seen others do…with Fibromyalgia, After lengthy conversation with a close friend, he recommend that I try the MAXGXL. (I was NOT HOPEFUL at the time due to trying so many things over the years(pills, treatments, and etc.). I dread the ideal all adding more medication, in this case supplements BUT Day 1: With MAXGXL I felt more energetic and noticed miraculous pain relief within 2 hours! However, I was so shocked at the complete pain relief that I wondered if it was my imagination and I challenged whether it was actually a temporary placebo effect!!!!????? Day 2: Max
