Today we will be discussing simple steps to attracting the life you desire.
For the entire week, before you do anything, become aware of your actions, and become aware of how you perform them. It is not as easy as it sounds. We go through most of life on autopilot, performing everyday actions without paying much, if any, attention to what we are doing. This program will encourages awareness by training you to become aware of little things that usually go unnoticed.
We often assume breathing is just a natural skill; everyone knows how to inhale and exhale. However, breathing is a miracle. Being aware of our breath not only helps us manage the difficulties in everyday life, it also helps develop wisdom, wellness, and wealth. We can sit and breathe, but it is just as important to practice mindfulness breathing while going about daily activities.
You can derive interesting and useful benefits from being centered in your awareness if only for brief time. Being centered requires clarity of purpose and the cutting away of all distractions. This takes one’s willingness to let go of all the distractions of a noisy, busy life.
