His sole mission is “The Total Elimination of Hate, Violence and Prejudice Worldwide.”  These were the first words that Scary spoke when he began his mission in 1998. Since that day, Scary has worked with over 10 million people through Television, film, radio, social media and live shows around the world promoting peace through the teaching of Love and Acceptance of all people. His audience consists of both youth and adults on an individual, community and society level, unaware of how they are using negative energy to meet their needs. The Scary Guy contends that prejudice of any ilk undermines the very strength of every person’s right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by all citizens, regardless of their race, religion, or country of origin. His core, underlying message is that prejudice and its ill effects on the World’s Community must be combated by every means possible – without becoming negative in the process of achieving this, either on an individual, community or global level. Scary’s work identifies an enormous cultural and educational void in the upbringing of the World’s children. For years, nations have experienced the relentless growth of  “The World’s Number One Social Disease; Hate, Violence and Prejudice,” which Scary describes as an insidious disease, polarizing our youth and societies and precluding us from achieving the true potential of our common humanity. http://thescaryguy.com/ https://www.facebook.com/thescaryguyfanpage?fref=ts https://twitter.com/scaryguy 02:11:00Coffee Table Talknobullying, bully, prejudice, hate, counselingCome meet The Scary Guy an Anti-Bullying Super Hero!Interview with Jerrid Edgingtonhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/coffeetabletalk/2015/09/08/interview-with-jerrid-edgingtonWritinghttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/coffeetabletalk/2015/09/08/interview-with-jerrid-edgington/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/coffeetabletalk/2015/09/08/interview-with-jerrid-edgingtonTue, 08 Sep 2015 14:30:00 GMTInterview with Jerrid EdgingtonJerrid Edgington is a Paramedic at Le Flore County EMS in Poteau Oklahoma. From the very moment Ty could talk, music was a huge part of her life. Her father was a singer/keyboardist in the band "Back to Back" and she often went to his shows and practices. Learning to play the Keyboard at the age of 4, she began to enjoy entertaining, even if it was just in the living room of her family home, often putting shows together for Mom and Dad and the odd family friend. At the age of seven, she began performing in talent competitions and karaoke parties. At the age of 13, Ty began writing music and poetry. In 2011, Ty had the opportunity to write a verse to a song for a contest, which consisted of a music video and recording session. The people who wrote the best verses became a part of the project titled "The Lean on Me Project" . While presenting her part for the contest, another hopeful singer "Li'l Crunk", noticed her and offered to work together to create a single which would later be known as "Yeah Right". Ty was given an instrumental piece; she wrote the lyrics to it and provided lead and backup vocals.  2011 was also a big year for Ty as she performed on Canada D'EH in front of an estimated crowd of 3000. This was the first time performing her own piece from the previous contest! She also performed at an outreach for hunger event and played some of her original pieces for Jack Laytons’ Cancer Benefit. In March, 2015, she was interviewed on "Brian The Hammer Show", which airs in L.A., with many interviews all over the world to follow as well as some overseas. This awoke Ms. Johnson’s writing desire, and the rest as they say, is history. In 2012, she published her first book, a collection of short stories titled Real Or Fantasy, the premise behind this title being, to get readers to interact with the characters, and wonder, is this real, or is it so far-fetched that it couldn’t possibly have happened? Today, besides writing and raising a 12-year-old aspiring actress, Ms Johnson is the Executive Producer of the #1 blogtalk radio show, Brian The Hammer Jackson, as well as owner of MVP On Demand Network, offering a platform for indie artists to get their names and their projects out in front of the hungry public. What is next for Ms. Johnson? With the continuing craziness with Brian Jackson and the Brian the Hammer show, MVP On Demand is flying high, and isn’t slowing down. Her next writing project is going to be a collection of short stories, based on actual events, and are sure to blow your mind! Allen on His Book "The Evolution of Bid Whist"Ronald Allen is the author of “The Evolution of Bid Whist-150 Years in the Growth of an African American Tradition.”  This new book is quickly becoming a definitive benchmark for Bid Whist players across the nation.  Allen has been researching the origin of the game for several years, and was quite amazed to discover an extensive relationship between the game and the African American community dating back to the 1860’s.  Bid Whist, closely related to Bridge, evolved from a game played by slaves to a game with an expanded following in many countries, thanks to the efforts of African Americans such as the Pullman Porters who took the game “up north.”  This non-fiction writing by Allen not only explains the history of the game, but also includes the games’ rules, variations and strategies.  01:16:00Coffee Table TalknoCards,Card Games, slavery,Freedom, freed slavesRonald Allen is the author of “The Evolution of Bid Whist-150 Years in the Growth of an African American Tradition.”  This new book is quickly becoming a definiDebra's Round Table: With Sheila Finkelstein - Real Seniors Using iPadshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/coffeetabletalk/2015/06/23/interview-with-sheila-finkelstein--real-seniors-using-ipadsWritinghttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/coffeetabletalk/2015/06/23/interview-with-sheila-finkelstein--real-seniors-using-ipads/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/coffeetabletalk/2015/06/23/interview-with-sheila-finkelstein--real-seniors-using-ipadsTue, 23 Jun 2015 14:30:00 GMTDebra's Round Table: With Sheila Finkelstein - Real Seniors Using iPadsKnown as “The Tech Savvy Senior,” Sheila Finkelstein, is a 75-year-old grandmother.  Her “kids” (educators and business people) often come to her for “how-to’s.” Even her son who teaches computers to high school students came to her a couple of years ago to learn how to use Twitter!
