In addition to an eight-year engineering career at Ford Motor Company, Pierre worked as a contract pricing analyst and business development analyst at Lesco, a minority woman-owned military logistics and IT contractor based in Huntsville, Alabama. Pierre lead a website revision, resulting in an improved website content and increased returning website traffic, with a 14% increase in average visitor time on site.
