Switching to vegan helped me become healthier

After I quit prescription medications and turned to herbs in 2005, it took me an entire year to detoxify.  I still felt weak then I read what meat and dairy can do the immune system.  I was really upset and scared.  How does one quit eating meat?  Especially when someone else prepares the meals.  It’s not easy many days I think I miss steak but I remember how miserable I was when my system wasn’t working properly.  Then I remember the emails about the treatment of animals. So in 2006 I began my quest to give up meat, dairy and rid my life of animal made products from makeup to clothing.  I wish I had someone near me who understood.  Why do I keep making such huge changes in my life? Just like going from being disabled to walking again extremely hard. www.iamakbar.com . I wasn’t trying to be different.  I really did want to fit in but every time I found out the truth, so that I could become a better me, that’s the more that I stood out. If you know anyone with a disability Brucker biofeedback could be the answer to them walking again www.sci-therapies.info/biofeedback.htm.  To see my video journal go to www.youtube.com/2ideas.
