I grew up in Chestnut Hill, PA., a suburb of Philadelphia. I am the youngest son of pioneer radio personality Kae Wiliams Sr. He was instrumental in the careers of legendary artist such as Solomon Burke , B.B. King, doo-wop group - The Silhouettes, and Yvonne Baker and the Sensations. The early influences of these and other creative individuals inspired me to learn more about the process of human communication and success motivation. As I researched principles of success motivation and more specifically, the mind-sets of innovators, I began to notice specific patterns. I discovered that it doesn't matter how positive or goal oriented a person attempts to be, if there are mental concepts running in their minds which counter to their desired outcomes, success is always an arm’s length away. You know, success isn't accidental it's intentional.

I've developed a systematic program that draws from fields such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Systems theory, Behavioral psychology and Hypnotherapy.

I call this program "The Conceptual Change Technique ™." My passion is to assist individuals learn how to uninstall defeating mind-sets and install the proper mental frameworks to achieve the change they desire.
