How do we even start to become happy if we aren't? Is there a certain point in time that we can point to that made us unhappy? Probably not.

Usually a lack of happiness manifests itself as frustration or sadness or even perhaps just a lack of satisfaction that there is more. This isn't bad-it just means we have to start looking areound to find out what's wrong. Do we need to add something? Or subtract something? We may just be giving 1 person or 1 situation too much power over our emotions or mind set!! Take a listen as I reveal the main reason for happiness and unhappinesss!!
