This week, we wind down the shortest month of the year with a focus on YOU! That's right, it's another Community Show on DDP Radio this week as we get the conversation rolling with two important topics: Preparation and Willingness.  Both may seem unrelated but owning up to both are crucial to walking the walk and staying on track.

No matter how great a track record or how many years someone's been a member of Team DDPYOGA, NO ONE is exempt from the effects of emotional gravity, whether it's caused by a bad day at work, a close friend or family member letting you down, or being bombarded by fear-mongering news headlines. The question always boils down to: what are you willing to do to NOT let it drag you under?  Using the workouts, the support network at Team DDPYOGA, taking healthy action to solve a problem, and eating clean are all great tools to get the upper hand over emotional gravity. And speaking of clean eating, anyone who walks that walk knows it's not always the easier choice.
