Hear survivors of forced OUTPATIENT electroshock. Elizabeth Ellis, 67, is court ordered to report for involuntary electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) over her wishes. Joining her is Ray Sandford who won his own campaign against forced electroshock. Also hear from electroshock survivors Dorothy Dundas and Loretta Wilson who testified at last month's hearing by FDA about whether to finally start regulating the ECT device after 70 years of use in the USA. Joined by psychologist John Breeding who also testified, hear about their victory: The FDA panel voted to require testing of the ECT device.
