Most of the weight gain and many of the aches and pains associated with aging is a result of many years of negative thinking, lack of exercise and poor dietary habits. I am a personal trainer in my fifties and I am stronger and more fit than I was in my twenties. I have over 17 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and I want share with my audience how I keep myself and my clients fit.
