Valentine’s Day means sex for a lot of people, so let’s talk about sex! The so-called “sexual revolution” was a hoax. A revolution is based on radical change and while the goal of the sexual revolution was supposed to be freer thinking about sex and sexuality, Americans are actually less free when it comes to sex. More sex has harmed our society, because Americans are having more sex, but less education. They are having more sex, but less protection, and, there is more sex but less love and marriage. In America, we are nearly schizophrenic with our approach to sex. Turn on the television and on any given channel, there are commercials to make men bigger or harder and to make women wetter, but no commercials about protection from sexual diseases. The nation has stood idly by while sex and sexual topics have become prolific on television and in popular music, yet there are still morons who want to keep sex education out of the classrooms. This discussion will focus on sexual trends, sexual attitudes and sexual myths. Co-hosts, Trey Whitaker and Demetria Richardson.
