For many people who claimed to march with Martin or to have been down with Malcolm, after the death of both, they simply got their free educations, their government jobs, their passes to the white neighborhoods and then proceeded to undo much of what was done in the Sixties. In essence, they watched while two generations of Blacks were underdeveloped as a few elders and their spoiled children were overfed. Now, many icons of that generation, like Bill Cosby, return only to criticize with no real plan to make things better. This show will discuss the failings of the Civil Rghts generation and the promise of Generation Next. Co-hosts, Trey Whitaker and Demetria Richardson.
