Bitterness Unbound: Americans haven't always needed to file into the psych office in throngs, but the nation has come to love holding on to the past, creating a nation of bitter, mean, depressed people. There is no quarter of life where this is good because the bitterness colors all thoughts, conversations and human interactions. The most detrimental thing about bitterness is its desire to bring others into the cycle of bitterness. Co-hosts: Trey Whitaker and Demtria Richardson. Guest: Sheila Chadwick, author, journalist and host of "The Ghetto Cooking Show".
