How can Blacks be more unified, on a large level, and sustain it?

There is an awakening happening, with Blacks, across the country, but what are we doing with the awakening? We have too many gifts, resources, talents, intelligence etc, to not do more collectively. Where are the "Conscious" brothers and sisters? Are you unified in your efforts? What about all of these Black nonprofit organizations, are we all connected to each other to collectively have an impact within our communities? What can we do to be more unified? Are you tired of negative cliche's about Blacks not being unified? I am, and I'm ready to do something about it, on a large level. There will be a guest speaker on the show, sharing his plans and thoughts about what we can do to unify, and sustain it. I'm encouraging all Blacks, regardless of nationality or ethinicity, to call-in and be a part of the show. I wanna hear from all of you with your suggestions. It's time we start doing more, as a collective.
