ATTENTION: All Dekalb County residents, District Attorney, Robert James will be featured on the show. We will interview him, and get his views on Mass Incarceration, his upcoming re-election process and how he plans to make Dekalb county a safer and prosperous county for his constituents. It's imperative that ALL DEKALB COUNTY residents call-in and voice their concerns about the man who makes the final decison on what happens to the criminals in their county. You have a voice, so please make it count. The United States is the world's leader in incarceration with 2.2 million people currently in the nation's prisons or jails -- a 500% increase over the past thirty years. More than 60% of the people in prison are now racial and ethnic minorities. For Black males, 1 in every 3 is likely to be in prison or jail on any given day. These trends have been intensified by the disproportionate impact of the "war on drugs," in which two-thirds of all persons in prison for drug offenses are people of color. Do you believe that Mass Incarceration is the answer for better communities? How do we keep so many Blacks out of prison/jail? Do we have enough Blacks within the judicial system, to help benefit Blacks?  Tune in from 9pm-11pm est, to join the dialouge and voice your opinion. "Darryel's Daily Dialogue...where positive words, manifest positive action."
