Have you been spending your time and energy just talking about the big "R" word?
Have you been calling everyone you know discussing the topic of " RESESSION?
Did you answer YES to the above questions? then my recommendation to you is just STOP it.
Instead I would like for you to take some quite time by your self, if you can go into a room and lock the door. A. Take a pad and a pen B. No Radio C. No TV D. No Cell phones E. No regular Telephone
Now please start writing ALL the things you know you are good at doing and all the things others tell you that you are good at. Please write for at least thirty (30) Minutes or until you feel completely empty.
During this writing process LISTEN to your HEART. ( Because thats where all of the God Given Authentic thoughts will come from) remember your HEAD will will be playing tricks with your Heart..telling you don't believe you can do that or the other. Those are the thoughts which have been holding your back. They are a collection of all the nay-sayers throughtout your life.
Now that you have all that writing; please go through and see if there are certain things which repeats them self.
Create groups and put the things which support each other in the same group.
This activity will help you to connect with your true Calling and Purpose. Use this list to re-invent where you are now, you will be sure to see skills and talents which you have not tapped into. Use these to "RECESSION" proof your life.
Only you can make it better for you and your love ones.
SELF-INVENTORY:
A. Check on your Spiritual Life, Your Relationship with Jesus Christ is of Uttermost importance. B. Who are you spending your time with?...are they adding value? or subtracting ?., If you are the smartest one in your group you need a new group. C. How much per month are you investing in you ( Your Intellectual Capital) ? Books Conference Coaching Workshops Seminars Tapes/CD'S/ DVD'S Journaling Retreat D. Who much time are you spending with Family.?..remember time wasted will never be regained; when children are grown into adults...they will never be children again, so take time to enjoy them.
E. When was the last did you Laugh?
F. Now start giving GRATITUDE for all things. G. Remember that God is a generious God...we do not need to beg him for things...we only need to give thanks always.
