As a species I think we all have a slight small problem. Most of love to talk. We love to give advice and argue. However very few of us want to listen. Some of us love the sound of our voice so much that we forget to listen to others, even the one with whom you are having a conversation. Listening skill is a wonderful trait for us as business owners,entrepreneurs and community leaders.
Large coperations and big companies are investing in consultants to come in house to provide training to their employees on how to become a good listener.
