Earlier he served as an SVP at GE. He holds Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Industrial Technology and a Masters in Business Administration with Strategy and Management. He has earned more than 16 certifications that include Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Master Blackbelt, Quality leader, CPBA, CPVA, CPTriMetrixHD.

C. Alexander Forrest is a native of Falmouth, Jamaica and migrated to the United States in 1969, and is a citizen of the United States since 1975.
Mr. Forrest is an alumnus of Central Connecticut State University and graduated in the class of 1989 with a degree in Political Science (Member of the National Honor Society – Pi Sigma Alpha) and minored in Communications.
Mr. Forrest, now retired, was successful manager in the information technology arena, secured his first management job as Manager, Computer Operations in Middletown, Connecticut at the age of 22. He is a retired Data Control Specialist who was employed by the State of Connecticut. He also served a Service Manager at a major Insurance company in Hartford, CT.
