Sharon J. Bullock:Sharon J. Bullock is a Wardrobe Consultant, Make up Artist and Color Analyst. Born in Gainesville, Georgia, from her early teen years, she has always loved the beauty and fashion industry, and dreamed of becoming a model. Although after high school, she was accepted in the Barbizon School of Modeling, she decided to follow in the footsteps of her classmates, and attend a four year college, instead. She attended Morris Brown College in Atlanta, and then later transferred to Morgan State University, in Baltimore, where she received her BS degree in Mental Health in 1976. She worked in this field for three years before discovering her need to be connected back with the beauty and fashion industry. She decided, “If I can’t be a model, then I want to always look like one!” Crystal Washington is a dynamic young entrepreneur and highly sought business speaker. As the Principal of Black-Market Exchange; a Houston based marketing firm, she develops marketing strategies and implements practical tactics which yield measurable results for her clients. Her clients represent a broad range of industries including food & beverage, entertainment, education, legal, medical and political. Crystal is also an organizer of several business organizations and serves as a valuable consultant and speaker who teaches entrepreneurs the importance of leveraging unique Internet marketing strategies and business networking to experience substantial business growth. She regularly hosts sold out webinars and conference calls on a variety of business marketing topics and is a featured writer for several magazines and newspapers. Prior to forming her own business, Crystal worked in a management capacity in the hospitality industry. Her corporate leadership experience laid the foundation for her to start her own business. When Crystal started her firm, she had very few contacts in Houston’s urban business community; the market in which she desired to reach.
