Today, I am thankful for my pastor.

Our quote of thanks is from C. S. Lewis. He said, "We ought to give thanks for all fortune: if it is 'good,' because it is good, if 'bad' because it works in us patience, humility, and the contempt of this world and the hope of our eternal country."

Our Bible verse of thanks is Acts 27:35. It reads, "And when He had thus spoken, He took bread, and gave thanks to God in the presence of them all: and when He had broken it, He began to eat."
