PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: Our topic for today is titled "Hell on Earth (Part 6)" from Dr. Ed Hindson's book "Revelation: Unlocking the Future."

--- The seventh trumpet

From this point on, everything follows in rapid succession. Revelation 11:15-19 are among the most dramatic verses in the entire Bible. They are so powerful that George Frideric Handel took the words of Revelation 11:15, "and He will reign forever and ever," and used them as the closing chorus of his great oratorio, The Messiah.

The crescendo of worship that is expressed by the angelic choirs in this section is the most dramatic and climactic in the entire Apocalypse. It is the fulfillment of all the prophetic promises of the coming kingdom of God on earth.

OCCUPY TILL I COME: We are continuing our journey through the book, "Coming Events and Present Duties," by J.C. Ryle. This section is titled, "Watch" (Part 29) based on the parable of the foolish and wise virgins in Matthew 25:1-13. J.C. Ryle writes:

As there will be a complete change in the feelings of the ungodly, in the day of Christ's second advent — so will there also be a complete change in their position. Hope, the plank to which they now cling, and on which they generally depend to the very last — hope will be entirely taken away in that dreadful day. They will seek salvation with earnestness — but shall not be able to find it.
