The Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-14: "But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him."

PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: Our topic for today is titled "Worthy is the Lamb!" (Part 8) from Dr. Ed Hindson's book "Revelation: Unlocking the Future". 

If we are correct in understanding the worship of the elders in heaven as representative of the Church in heaven, then we must assume the Rapture has already taken place. Why? Because the host of the redeemed from every nation are already there! Notice how they are described in Revelation 5:9-10: 

1. They are purchased 
2. They are a kingdom and priests to our God 
3. They will reign upon the earth 

The angelic host of angels and creatures will join the elders in singing praise to the Lamb. But the expression of praise in the "song of redemption" is limited to the elders' expression of the "prayers of the saints." This is specifically the song of the raptured Church in heaven. They are redeemed (saved) by Christ's blood. They are given the status of being "a kingdom and priests." ...
