The Bible says in Luke 17:26-27: “And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.”

PROPHECY BOOTCAMP: "The Millennial Kingdom: A Rebellious Youth Movement and the End of Satan" from Dr. Tim LaHaye

In spite of the ideal conditions arranged by God to attract a maximum number of people to accept His free gift of salvation by receiving His Son, many will rebel at the end of the 1,000-year kingdom. Revelation 20 indicates that at the end of the 1,000 years, Satan will be loosed from the bottomless pit to go out "to deceive the nations" — that is, to tempt them to rebel against God. The reason God allows this to happen is so that all the unsaved people living on the earth will be forced to make a decision about whether they will receive Christ before God establishes the eternal order. We have already seen that these unsaved will be people under l00 years of age, according to Isaiah 65:20, for only believers will live past their hundredth birthday.
