3. According to Reuters, Russia has said that heightened military activity near North Korea was slipping into a "vicious cycle" that could get out of control, implicitly criticizing U.S. bomber flights that followed threats from the North.

4. According to The Times of Israel, unnamed security sources said in a report that Iran could have the capability to build a nuclear bomb by July. The security sources claimed that after seeing North Korea wield nuclear weapons despite heavy Western opposition, Tehran's leadership had also decided to break out toward the bomb, which could be ready between July and September.

5. According to The Telegraph of Great Britain, scientists believe they are closer than ever to creating computers that can live inside the body and detect disease. The "biological computer" is made from organic molecules and is capable of working within the living cells of organisms.
