  DH Radio: Homeschoolers' Legal Battle 2008 -- Emphasis on California, Accrediation, Attendance, etc.

  One of the biggest and most important legal battles concerning homeschoolers' legal rights is going on right now in California -- In Re Rachel L case. While it is currently a California specific issue, it could easily not only cause even more major harm and ill feelings in CA but also cause major damage to homeschooling and unschooling rights around the nation. Some questions we will be asking our listeners and callers are: 1. How do you feel about the homeschool laws in your state?
