My bank found another way to rob me for another $85 before I could close my account.

This only reinforces everything that I said in my episode on BoA and their rip-off schemes. They've invented another rip-off scheme. The extended overdraft charge.
Essentially they charge you an additional $35 for every 5 days that you have a negative balance. In other words they charge you an overdraft for an overdraft for an overdraft ad nauseam.

The charge that caused the overdraft was a mistake and was reversed. But rather than reversing the overdraft charges BoA expects us to extort the $70 in overdraft fees from the company that mistakenly charged us for a subscription we had canceled.

Lisa called the company back and told them what BoA expected and they rightfully said that they did not charge the overdraft fee and therefore it wasn't their responsibility to pay the overdraft, that it is BoAs responsibility to reverse the charges.

We were supposed to go to BoA early this morning, but I foresaw myself getting more and more indignant with them and the various ways that they have managed to steal and extort money from me until they would wind up calling the cops to make me leave.

I'm going to attempt to get it resolved through their online customer service whom I have had limited success arguing with in the past. If I can't resolve it through them, then I will risk arrest by debating with an extortionist/bank manager.
I need to print up everything I have found on them online to throw on their desk when I go in there.

I told Lisa that I would have no problem calling the media to enlighten the public on the business practices of BoA, but it'd be difficult (if not impossible) to find any media outlet that doesn't advertise BoA. The media isn't going bite the hand that pays them.

So if you live in the Topeka area and you hear on the news that some guy went apes**t at a Bank of America branch, call the Shawnee County Adult Detention Center, find out if I'm incarcerated there and how much my bond is.

My show quality will be going back to the crappy quality the early episodes had. For some reason my Skype subscription renewal came up two weeks early. So until I can afford to renew it I'm back to the Bluetooth and my shows will have to stay in the after 10pm timeslot when I have unlimited minutes on my phone. So until I can get my Skype renewed I probably won't have any really serious episodes.

But I do have at least one episode planned to discuss Leonard Peltier. It may be another two episode show so I can set-up the show for the discussion about Leonard, who he is, why it matters, etc. The background of his case.

If I think I can cram it all into one episode then I will. But that doesn't seem likely, in order for people who don't know who Leonard Peltier is or the circumstances surrounding what happened to understand you need to take people by the hand and walk them up to the day that the shootout near Oglala SD occurred and what followed.

That's a lot of information. My intention for these shows is to have J.D. Nash as my guest. J.D. is a former spokesperson for the American Indian Movement and is a member of the Oglala Commemoration committee and keeps up to date with what is happening with the Leonard Peltier Defence Committee, in other words he can provide some details that I might overlook.

Like I said, this is a lot of information so it may take two episodes. One episode for the set-up i.e. the events leading up to June 26 1975 and some events that followed and a second episode about the "trial" of Leonard and other fun details about how the FBI screwed him and continue to screw him despite the fact that in an appeal the prosecution said "We don't know who shot those agents on June 26, 1975". What agents? Exactly, that's why it will require some background.

Whether J.D. will participate in both shows or not depends on him and his schedule.

As soon as I can prepare these shows I will schedule them.

Thanks for listening and continuing to listen. The time off I took from doing shows seemed to cause a loss of listeners, I warned everyone early on that I would never do a show just for the sake of doing a show. I would only do a show when I had a topic to discuss, even if the topic is as thin as a Celebrity Dead Pool.

Hopefully people who were listeners will come back, I had a strong and steady demographic of 7 listeners, somehow I lost 3.
I guess that's what I get for having a show with no format. But a show format confines you to a little box but I don't fit into a little box and I don't like being confined. I like the freedom to talk about whatever I feel like talking about and, in some cases, rant about whatever I want to rant about.

Stay tuned or keep an eye out for new episodes. They will happening soon.
