Worry about the future is not productive. Anticipating the future accurately is impossible and causes great distress. Today we'll talk about all the thinking, worry, ruminating, anxious thoughts, and even positive thoughts about the future, and how our crystal balls never give us an accurate reading of the future. So, we might spend our time and mental energies better if we do something other than think about how we're going to feel if such and such happens. Coping skills radio will work on being in present time, and how we can pull ourselves into here and now.
