Ironic that one of our hosts for a coping skills radio show got hit by a car. Now cope with that! We took a 3 month break while we mended and learned a lot about coping with physical pain. We'll be talking about pain from an up front and very personal experience. And some of our ways of managing pain are rather different. Anyway, vicodin be gone! or at least reduced. We don't like the addictive side affects. These skills are really worth cultivating, and might take some practice, but once learned, have the potential to take away pain fast. As usual, for medical stuff, consult your doctor. She knows more than we do.
