Today we'll be talking about managing anxiety around a natural disaster. We'll be talking about managing mood during severe and devastataing events so that people can respond as affectively as possible when the environment is being threatened in real ways. We'll talk about how to prepare so that we can manage our mood well during crisis, how to think about the disaster in Japan so that we maintain a postive mood and are able to carry one with our lives in a positive manner while being sensitive to the crises that people in Japan are facing.
