Just talk Today we teach a quick feel good technique: 3 good things A really fast and easy way to feel better about yourself is to say 3 good things about yourself. "I am kind" "I am gentle" "I am fine as I am" When you think good things about yourself, you increase your ability to take action. In the main part of the show we will talk about talking as a coping skill: talking to friends, talking to yourself, talking to professionals, stuctured peer coaching, online talk, and even talking into tech devices as a way to feel good and feel good about yourself. As usual we end with a guided imagery with harp music.
