The scrunch! Scrunching is an immediately usable coping skill that we discuss in the first few minutes of the show in which you "scrunch" your body to feel an immediate release of tension. The other tension reliever and anxiety busting and phobia busting skill we taught in this show is EFT. Emotional Freedom Technique. Clarissa explains how to do this tapping technique and Jennifer talked about how the technique can be used in a variety of situations. It's really quick and easy to learn with big benefits.
