Scripture is 2 Corinthians 10:1-18.A church is a bit like the birthing unit at a hospital. In both places, everyone expects a good deal of noise, mess, and commotion associated with the beginning of a new life. And in both places, those who oversee the delivery process must be both willing to accept some turmoil and constantly be on guard against real danger. Tolerance is most definitely a virtue-but it does have some limits. When new life begins, competent caregivers must know what to overlook and what to challenge.
