Wise Choices: Prop 4-Abortion Waiting Period and Parental Notification Initiative

First we will hear from Kate Folmar, Press Secretary for Secretary of State Debra Bowen office. She will talk to us about general voter information and answer some FAQ. Then we will talk about Prop 4, which would prohibit abortion for unemancipated minors until 48 hours after physician notifies minor’s parent.
