Wise Choices: Prop 2-Standards for Confining Farm Animals

Today we will discuss CA Prop 2, The Standards for Confining Farm Animals, what it means to you and why you should vote for or against it! Reps from Humane Society of the United States & YesOnProp2.org will join us to discuss the issue. Among other things, Prop 2 will create a new state statute that prohibits the confinement of farm animals in a manner that does not allow them to turn around freely, lie down, stand up, and fully extend their limbs. Wise Choices is a new series that focuses on this years general election in California, voter education, and discussions of propositions.
