I would like to know why Chief Deputy Attorney General, Kirk Torgensen allows his neighbor, Chet Albanese, to continually shout profane and vulgar obsenities from their balcony, cut down 10 year old trees from a neighbor's yard in Draper, Tree City USA non the less, and yet does nothing about it. In fact, not only did you do nothing about it but didn't you actually make a call to the police department on behalf of your friend Mr. Chet Albanese.
