During this week's episode of NO SLEEP, the hosts will have a guest appearance! Zoë LePage is a yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and Founder and Executive Director of Exhale to Inhale (ETI), a nonprofit organization that provides weekly trauma-informed yoga classes in Domestic Violence Shelters and Rape Crisis Centers. Zoë found personal strength and comfort in yoga before completing her yoga teacher training in 2009. As a senior at Barnard College in 2013, Zoë founded Exhale to Inhale. She created the vision for the organization and ensured the correct individuals and systems were in place to make her vision become a reality. Zoë spent three years as a consultant at a boutique consulting firm in New York City, before gratefully returning full time to Exhale to Inhale. Since launch, Exhale to Inhale has hosted over 1,700 classes, helped over 2,200 survivors and completed over 5,200 visits with the mission to empower women to reclaim their life.

Join our NO SLEEP team this week as they chat with Zoë about how she has used yoga to help others! Listen LIVE at 8:00 PM ET | 7:00 PM CT
