Sanford, ME — Kelly Lynch is the founder of Platinum Practice Solutions. A dental practice coach and speaker, Kelly works with all dental health professionals to help them become the best that they can be for their patients and their patients’ care.
“I look at what is missing, what they need from me in order to achieve the growth they're looking for,” says Kelly. “A lot of it has to do with enhancing their communication skills.”
Recently retired following 25 years as a dental practice office manager, Kelly works with established practices and start-up practices to enhance all systems, including marketing.
Kelly starts with a great marketing program, getting their name out into the community so they become familiar with the doctor and the team. She works with the entire team on communication, operational systems and exceptional customer service skills, helping to create a culture that is felt by the patient the minute they walk into your office. This September, Kelly published her book: 10 'KNOWS' to Get to YES: Elevate your Dental Practice through Patient Centered Care, available on Amazon in paperback and for Kindle. She is a lifetime member and fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management and is also a member of the Speakers Consultant Network.
“I created Platinum Practice Solutions in 2015 with the goal of doing speaking presentations,” says Kelly. “I want to teach people. I want to stand up on stage and speak to people. I want to help practices be the best they can be.”
