Allenwood, NJThe human body is designed to heal itself. It is always working toward a state of balance.

Neuroscience has recognized that 95 percent of what we do in life is controlled by our subconscious programs, which are taken on in childhood.  As we look to do change, our brains are programmed to keep us safe. And our brains only know what has been, not what will be. The idea of change can elicit a stress response in the body and the mind.

Sally Tennant is the founder of Healing With Mindset, a holistic energy practice dedicated to identifying and reprogramming negative subconscious beliefs that cause stress responses in the body so we can make new choices that serve us in our adult lives.

“We can experience new things without stress,” says Sally. “Safety is stifling after a while.  At some point you’re going to know that you need to make changes in your life. When we make the decision to change what is and do something different, we are growing and learning and becoming more conscious. That’s what life is all about."

Foremost among Sally’s techniques is the Mindset Technique. First developed by Dr. Michael Gallo, the Mindset Technique combines energy psychology, clinical kinesiology and quantum physics to bypass the limitations of traditional energy healing methods and identify the negative subconscious belief supporting client’s complaints.

“I have found that there is nothing more rewarding than to be able to help others become congruent and well in all aspects of their lives,” says Sally. “What is great about Mindset is that it can be used in conjunction with any other healing modality or traditional medical protocols. This technique will not interfere with anything that you may be doing to get well; in fact, it can enhance what you are already doing.”
