Hamilton, Ontario – We’ve all been told at some point: “Don’t get old.” But what are the options? It’s not very practical advice. So how do we age gracefully? How do we enjoy our later years happily and healthily?

The path to sustained health and happiness is like putting a puzzle together, and that’s where energy medicine begins. Energy Medicine seeks to heal the body by activating its natural healing energies.

Julia Dawn Juarez is a clinical practitioner and the founder of the Metamorphosis Healing Arts Centre, a holistic health clinic dedicated to providing natural health improvement programs to align the body’s energy, boost health and vitality and enhance quality of life.

“Like the butterfly from the caterpillar, metamorphosis is not an easy process, but the end result is beautiful,” says Julia. “Metamorphosis Healing Arts Centre is about bringing the body into balance because true health is a balanced body.”

As an experienced and skilled occupational therapist, Julia has served her community since 1988. Today, she is one of only two Advanced Clinical Training (ACT) certified practitioners trained in Nutritional Response Testing in Canada. Under the mentorship of Donna Eden, Julia understands how to bring the body into balance energetically such that symptomatology disappears.

“We are energetic beings and the flow of energy is our vitality,” explains Julia. “If there is a blockage in the flow, eventually there will be a physical manifestation of that blockage, a symptom. If you correct that blockage of energy, you correct the body’s response.”
