Mission, British Columbia – What do you want in life? You want to eat healthy, exercise, meditate, make a lot of money, enjoy what you do and spend more time with friends. Great. Let’s start tomorrow. How are going to get it?
Stacey Lee Gloude is a coach and counselor specializing in lifestyle management. As the founder of the Juicebox Nation collective, Stacey supports individuals through a holistic approach to healing that addresses primary quadrants of health.
“I would describe myself as a wellness counselor who has some very broad ideas about what it takes to get well,” says Stacey. “If you’re willing to go on this journey with me, I can give you the tools to help get you there.”
According to Stacey, real healing happens on many levels. Holistic healing delves deeper into your quadrants of health: Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, Vocational, Financial, Social. Following an assessment, these quadrants are represented visually by your Wellness Wheel.
“When you look at the wellness wheel the visual impact is profound,” says Stacey. “A lot of people never imagined they could have such imbalance in their life. They can immediately see which quadrants are affected the most or have the least amount of energy invested into them.”
What would your wheel look like? Is there a flat tire on one side? With Juicebox Nation’s unique lifestyle management model, you can create a vision for yourself and work hand in hand with other professionals whose specialty is specific to the quadrant that needs the most attention.
“I wanted to develop a program for therapy for individuals who could come once or twice a week for lifestyle management,” says Stacey. “It’s all about how to fit it all in. You have to find time in your day for a little of everything”
